First off, I do both free and premium skins. This has always been the way I have been with skinning. I like to offer both if possible. Unlike my previous skins that I have made for previous versions, there is no difference in the quality of the skin. Don't get me wrong, in the previous version, I tried to keep them high quality and took my time to create the skins. That has not changed. I usually charged for my skins if you required rounded corners. Currently, that is available on both versions. Both I use images for internet explorer compatibility which is not 100% at this point, but I keep trying to improve that. If I ever figure it out, I will be updating each skin.
When I do release updates to my premium skins, they will be free for a year. After, that depending on where we are a year from then, the updated price won't be a lot. Price for that will have to be determined later on when we hit those bridges. If there is an upgrade from IPB 3.0 to 3.1 and the skinning system has changed drastically like it has changed from IPB 2.3 to IPB 3.0, you are looking to pay more.
Having said that, my pricing for skins has not changed much. It will continue on being $15 per skin. The part that will change is that I am adding a bulk price for when you buy 5 or more skins. My plan is if you purchase 5 skins, I would charge you $50 on 5 premium skins of your choice. The same will go for 10 skins where I would charge you $100. Bulk pricing skins won't be available until I have enough skins created to that. Any skin that I have made will be installed on this board.
